1. Products
All products listed are genuine, factory-sealed Pokémon TCG products unless explicitly stated otherwise. Stock is subject to availability and prices may change without notice.
2. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment (card via Stripe) or at the point of collection (cash). We reserve the right to cancel any order if the item becomes unavailable after purchase, in which case a full refund will be issued.
3. Self-Collection
Collection slots must be booked during checkout. Please arrive within the selected time window. Orders not collected within 7 days of the scheduled slot without prior arrangement may be forfeited without refund.
4. Delivery
Delivery is estimated at 3–5 working days within Singapore. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers. Ensure your delivery address is accurate — redelivery fees may apply for failed attempts.
5. Returns & Refunds
Sealed products may only be returned if received in a damaged or incorrect condition. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence. Opened products are not eligible for return.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase or use of products beyond the purchase price paid. TCG products are sold as collectibles; we make no guarantees regarding card pull rates or pack contents.
